I'm Emma

My Own Journey

Although I am healthy now, I used to be 40 lbs heavier, insulin resistant, had developed painful adult-onset cystic acne, and struggling to live a healthy and happy life.

When I discovered intermittent fasting around15 years ago I didn't know anything about it. Dr. Michael Moseley and Dr. Jason Fung presented the research and I was intrigued. 

​

After reading numerous books and research I decided to try intermittent fasting myself. I quickly felt better, more energetic, and it was easier to make healthier food choices. 

​

I threw myself into the science and in 3 years I completely transformed my health. I lost 40 lbs, reversed my insulin resistance, and I was able to completely heal my cystic acne, going off all strong medications I was on to try and treat it. I also felt stronger and more mentally centred than I ever had. Every person deserves to feel that way about themselves and that’s why I’m so passionate about coaching.

 

Fasting has completely transformed my life, but I also know that it’s not always easy to stick to a plan and that’s why I am here to help and guide you.

My Coaching Style

My coaching style is very hands-on. When you sign up with me I'll work with you to create a customized fasting and diet plan that fits into your lifestyle. I have fasted for over 10 years and helped hundreds of people reach their health goals.

After we set up your plan I will be available to you through messenger or WhatsApp whenever you have questions, when you’re struggling, and when you need extra motivation. I will check in on you daily, and I'll also give you weekly homework to supercharge your health improvements. I will keep you accountable every day and make sure you’re sticking to your plan. If you follow my lead I can guarantee that you will see results.
