    21 lbs in 30 days

    I have just finished Emma's 30 day plan, I'm so so pleased with my results I just wanted to write a review on how it went!


    Before I found Emma's tiktok page I had excess lockdown weight and I felt like I had tried everything over the past 2 years to get rid of it but nothing worked, I paid personal trainers, gym memberships, paid more on groceries getting healthier alternatives when I didn't even end up liking them most of the time so the food got threw out and even with all of this on top of a calorie deficit I lost 1b in 4 weeks I was devastated even my personal trainer didn't understand why I didn't lose more because I done everything I was supposed to but with a professional saying that I definitely felt deflated and completely gave up.


    When I found Emma's tiktok I was sceptical because I had tried so much and nothing worked but I just thought after about a week of thinking on it, one last try can't hurt and I did not expect at all that in my first two weeks I'd lose 14 lbs!


    And it wasn't even overly difficult after the first few days I was used to it and the weight still keeps dropping now I have lost over 20lbs in the month overall, I'm over the moon with Emma's help and plan and I couldn't recommend it enough to everyone who's thinking about doing it DO! And maybe in four weeks time you'll be 20lbs down too!


    (P.s) these are my before and after photos from the first week to my fourth week.

    19.8 lbs with the 30 Day Plan

    Emma is truly a blessing! In just 1 month, I've lost 8.7kg (19.8lbs) that l've personally struggled to lose for the past 3 years. Even at the start of W2 I had LOST EXACTLY 4KGS (8,8lbs). This plan is crazy! im so so so so happy!!!

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge! Following her plan has made such a huge difference. I am so grateful that I've found her plan - she is always there for me and the community in the support group as well.

    So happy!!

    I just finished the 30 Day Program by Emma Van Carlen ! I lost a total of 13.4 pounds.

    *For reference I am 45, 5'5", and I have been on every diet. I was very successful counting "points" four years ago. I lost 16 pounds but it took almost 9 months. After I stopped I gained it all back, and then some.


    Add in a few more years and hitting 45, it became SO difficult to keep weight off.

    * I counted calories, logged meals, counted macros, protein, etc. I would lose 1 pound in a few weeks and I was miserable. I felt attached to my phone, and I was constantly stressed by all the logging and I felt so restricted.


    Fast forward to stumbling across this program on Instagram I figured why not? It was so inexpensive and I wanted to reign it in before the holidays and especially before my vacation to Punta Cana in January.


    I can NOT believe that I did this. It was so specific and it told me exactly what to do every day. (I'm a rule follower, so if I have a laid-out plan, I will follow it) The BEST part is that I wasn't attached to my phone logging everything.

    I am attaching a before and after photo so others can see that this is possible! This is only 28 days apart. I am not finished, I have a goal of losing 20 pounds, so I'm going to keep going! I want to look and feel AMAZING in my bathing suit when I go away in January.

    I lost 15 lbs!

    As someone completely new to fasting, I was skeptical about how effective this plan could be. But it's honestly been super straightforward and beginner-friendly. I had some struggles and family events in the middle, but even with that I lost15 lbs on this plan. The detailed schedule and the printable wall calendar helped keeping me on track. It's exciting to finally find a plan that I can stick to and see real results. I might do it again

    Really comprehensive guide

    I wanted to wait to leave a review until I had finished the plan, but I've only been on it a week and I have already lost 5lbs so I had to give a shout-out. This plan is so detailed and easy to follow. I am really good at following instructions but I have a hard time knowing where to start. This plan is so clear, so helpful, and the journaling topics have really helped me as well. I can't want to complete the full 30 days!!
